How many years have you been a teacher at Haycock?

This is my fifth year here.

How many years have you been teaching altogether?

Twelve years!

What  do you love about Haycock?

I love my teammate [Debbie Robinson]. She is an absolute dream to work with. I could not imagine working side-by-side with anyone else. I also love the spirit days at Haycock. I feel like I can totally be myself here!

What books are you currently reading?

My go-to authors are James Patterson, Mitch Albom, Sophie Kinsella, and Mary Kay Andrews. I cannot wait to get back to [leisure] reading as soon as I complete the 30 hours beyond my master's degree.

What other media entertains you?

I love a good reality show, crime show, or docuseries. My favorite band is Linkin Park, but I also love listening to 1990s-2000s dance music.

What fills your time outside of school?

My hobbies include running and working out. I love spending time with my husband and daughter. I love seeing family when I can.
